Kier has spent over 10 years at the forefront of inside sales scaleouts, specialising in pre-IPO and post-IPO builds at Zendesk and Amplitude, where he scaled SDR, Velocity Sales, and Renewals teams to meet hypergrowth demand. Based in Amsterdam, he works closely with marketing, product, and revenue operations to build scalable go-to-market engines and is passionate about high-performing cultures where teams push for more.
