He currently leads the commercial organization at SpendLab, a fintech company streamlining enterprise payables. Previously, as Commercial Director at Lighthouse, Thierry helped scale the company to $75M ARR, making it a leader in hospitality tech. He began his career in hospitality management, which shaped his customer-first approach to sales. He has worked across London, New York, and Dallas and is now back in Amsterdam.
