- Share one outbound tactic that’s delivering real results. Bring examples (emails, call scripts, sequences, slides). Skip the generic stuff.
- 5 min – Q&A & reactions
- Others dig in—ask, challenge, build on your approach.
- 5 min – What’s not working
- Share a current outbound challenge.
- 5 min – Feedback & ideas
- The group shares input, similar experiences, or solutions that worked for them.
